You have questions and we have answers. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about our home services. If you do not see your question, feel free to reach out to us and we will get back to you the same day.

Q: Do I need to be home?

A: You do not need to be home although we need proof of residence to perform any work. You do not need to be home for us to complete an estimate.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum time slot for work. 

A: Our technicians will work for the amount of time you request, or for the time quoted on a project.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We offer convenient ways to pay online and in person. We accept all credit/ debit cards, cash, ZELLE, and PayPal.

Q: Can you match paint colors?

A: Our technicians can match any paint color with a provided sample no smaller than a 2x3 inches.

Q: Do I have to provide materials?

A: If you have materials for a repair, our technicians will be happy to use them. We do not provide items that need to be assembled or installed such as door knobs, fixtures, furniture, and mounts. Technicians carry a variety of tools and hardware to complete any task. If a part is needed, a technician will communicate what is needed to complete the job and obtain the part at an additional cost.

Q: Do you provide warranties on purchased items such as TV mounts, and appliances.

A: At Quinn Home Solutions, we guarantee our work although we do not provide warranties. We will provide the manufacturers warranty for items you purchase if available.

Q:Do you do plumbing?

A: Our skilled technicians are able to mount vanities, sinks, and plumbing fixtures. All plumbing must be in place prior to our arrival.
